Ok, so you just left your doctor/nutritionist/naturopath and you have been diagnosed with a Gluten allergy and you have to go GF. Now what!? Well, you have one of two choices, die or start changing you eating habits. Your first stop should be the local book store. I was shocked, yes shocked to find guide books on Gluten Free diets in Sangsters bookshop, but yes they may have one or two books. If you have no luck there you can always get book shipped in. Her are few books that helped me transition that I would recommend for those of you who are new to Gluten sensitivity in particular order. Wheat Belly by William Davis Wheat Belly 30 Min or less Cook book
Lets face it, more often than not when you inform an old friend that you have gluten allergy they always want to know how did you change your diet? So here is my story, I was a wheat junky, lets just say I was the sandwich queen. When I was diagnosed with this allergy. I played the denial game for a while, until it really started to affect my life in general, my work, my character and just living in general. I was depressed, lethargic, and I could not concentrate on anything.

Bio
I love to research, cook and of course eat delicious food. I am always ready to sample new foods that are not just gluten free but tasty. I love to create and try new recipe’s. I am a firm believer that food must affect all 5 sense in order to fulfill the complete food experience. It must smell good, look good/ colorful, have a defined texture and above all tastes good. I don’t believe that we need to sacrifice taste for health, the healthier the better the taste. Archives
