So my cousin came over for dinner and if you have been reading my posts lately then, you know that he has developed serious digestion issues and his diet is even more limited than mine. So in order to accommodate him I made a very lightly seasoned steamed fish. Surprisingly I loved this recipe the fish was not overpowering in any way but quite satisfying. So for those of you that like fish fillet and want something light and satisfying yet healthy you can try out this recipe. I would pair this with with Quinoa/Rice/Bammy and roasted vegetables, it is also super fast in terms of cooking time. Prep is about 5 min and cocking time is about 10-15 max.
